Springer senate plans sprung

Jerry Springer has announced he will not seek the Democratic nomination to face George Voinovich in next year’s Senate race in Ohio. Hicksville can stand with pride once again.

It will be interesting to hear the reaction of Ohio Democrats, who seem incapable of coming up with a real candidate for just about any statewide elective office. Maybe Larry Flynt will move back to Cincy in time to file after losing the California governor/recall race. Hey, Dennis Kucinich should have some free time, too.
