Luke Cakewalker

In the Washington Post, Ken Adelman notes the fall of Baghdad came in less than half the time it took the allies to oust Saddam from Kuwait. Over a year ago, Adelman coined the term “cakewalk” when refering to a war in Iraq. He has been blasted for it ever since, but, by most measures, he stated it pretty well.

“Now is not the time to gloat,” he writes in his rather gloatish piece.

Aw, what the heck - let him gloat. After all, he was right.
